Course Overview

This Working At Height Training Course is designed for managers, supervisors, scaffolders, riggers, maintenance personal in electrical, pipe, mast, mechanical and all forms of fittings at height. It will ensure delegates are equipped with legislations, procedures and skills and equipment required to work safely at height using a harness.

Course Objectives

  • Be aware of relevant Health & Safety Legislation.
  • Perform pre-job planning and risk Assessment analysis.
  • Be able to correctly use a fall arrest harness.
  • Be aware of how to correctly use appropriate access equipment like the below:

Steps and Ladders, Towers, Scaffold, Harnesses, Machines (MEWPs)

Candidates are assessed both theoretically and practically in the course of the training against the requisite course objectives.

Target Audience

Supervisors, Logistics Controllers, Team Leaders, Riggers, Scaffolders, Foremen, and Welders.
