Scaffolds Erection Course Details
In accordance with OSHA Regulations – all personnel who erect frame, system, or tube and coupler-supported scaffolds must be certified. This Scaffold Erectors Course is structured to help PARTICIPANTS develop the skills and knowledge to safely erect, maintain, use, inspect, and dismantle modular scaffolding.
Course Objective
Upon successful completion of this Scaffold Erection Training, the student will be able to:
- Understand the requirements of the legislation applicable to scaffolding and the employer’s duties and responsibilities.
- Understand the basic scaffolding components and the principles of safe systems of work during erection and dismantling.
- Carry out simple pre-use inspections on scaffolds.
- Erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding
Candidates are assessed both theoretically and practically in the course of the training against the requisite course objectives. [Course content not vetted by IADC as part of DIT accreditation]

All intending new entrants to the offshore rig or vessel
Requirements
- You will need a copy of Adobe XD 2019 or above. A free trial can be downloaded from Adobe.
- No previous design experience is needed.
- No previous Adobe XD skills are needed.
