Key Components of the Course:

• Introduction to Pettibone Equipment: Overview of the different models in the Pettibone lineup, including rough terrain forklifts, Cary-Lift handlers, Extendo telehandlers, and Speed Swing railroad equipment. Participants will learn the specific functions and applications of each machine.
• Hands-On Equipment Operation: Practical, on-site training where participants operate Pettibone equipment in real-world scenarios, such as moving materials on rough terrain, handling loads at height, and maneuvering in confined spaces. This hands-on experience helps build confidence and skill.
• Safety Procedures and Protocols: Training on essential safety protocols to reduce the risk of accidents, including pre-operation equipment inspections, safe handling techniques, and emergency response procedures. Participants will learn how to safely operate Pettibone machinery in line with industry safety standards.
• Load Management and Material Handling Techniques: Instruction on how to safely lift, carry, and position heavy loads using Pettibone equipment. Participants will learn proper load balancing, stability control, and how to use Pettibone attachments for specific tasks like stacking, loading, and unloading materials..
