The Fire Warden and Marshal Training Course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to take on the critical role of ensuring fire safety in the workplace. Course Objectives
Upon completion of the Fire Warden and Marshal Training Course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the duties and responsibilities of a fire warden and marshal, including daily fire safety checks and coordinating evacuations.
• Identify fire hazards in the workplace and implement control measures to prevent potential fire risks.
• Understand the principles of fire safety and prevention, including the fire triangle (heat, fuel, oxygen) and how fires start and spread.
• Perform regular fire safety inspections and ensure that fire exits, alarms, and equipment are maintained.
• Coordinate fire drills and ensure that all employees understand evacuation routes and procedures.
• Demonstrate the correct use of fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment, including hose reels and fire blankets.
• Understand how to manage a safe and orderly evacuation, guiding personnel to designated assembly points.
• Liaise with emergency services during a fire incident and provide them with crucial information.
• Record and report fire incidents and near misses, ensuring continuous improvement in fire safety practices.

Successful participants will receive certification as trained fire wardens or marshals, demonstrating their capability to manage fire risks and respond effectively during emergencies.
