Basic First Aid/CPR/AED Training

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, each student must demonstrate that they are able to: 

    1. Assess the situation and circumstances in order to act safely, promptly and effectively with emergencies at work. 

    1. Use available first aid equipment, including the contents of a first aid box and AED. 

    1. Apply the cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedure on an unconscious person. 

    1. Understand the duties of the first aider, employers and the legal framework. 

    1. Maintain simple factual records on what they have done about any treatment or management of an emergency. 

    1. Recognize the importance of personal hygiene in first aid procedures.

Delivery Method

Instructor led virtual Training via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Google Meet.

Course Prerequisite

  1. Access to a smart device with a stable internet connection.
  2. Must be 16 years and above.
  3. No previous experience or qualifications required.
