Course Objectives;

  • Equip participants with advanced knowledge of rotary drilling and well control operations, focusing on leadership roles in managing well control situations.
  • Train participants to evaluate and implement well control procedures during complex drilling scenarios.
  • Develop expertise in interpreting and responding to downhole data to maintain wellbore stability and prevent incidents.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor in ensuring effective well control.
  • Enhance decision-making skills for identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and managing emergencies in rotary drilling operations.
  • Reinforce compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in rotary drilling.

Course Prerequisite
