Upon completion of the Working Safely Training Course, participants will be able to: 

1. Understand the importance of workplace safety and how it affects overall productivity and well-being. 
2. Recognize common workplace hazards and identify potential risks. 
3. Understand risk assessments and the steps involved in controlling workplace hazards. 
4. Demonstrate the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety tools. 
5. Follow established safety procedures for various tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. 
6. Understand the roles and responsibilities of employees and employers in maintaining a safe work environment. 
7. Report unsafe conditions or incidents in accordance with company procedures. 
8. Develop a proactive safety mindset that encourages continuous improvement in safety practices.
